This cosy romantic Sava river house is located only 100 meters from the lake Ada. The house has 50 sq meters and huge balcony has 100 sq meters that is separated into three different lounge areas. You can sit behind the house in the small garden and enjoy peaceful sights of the forrest. Terrace for sunbathing and swimming facing beautiful sunsets. Sitting area for dinning and using summer kitchen with gas BBQ. Upstairs is sleeping room, downstairs is living room with huge sofa, AC and TV.

Planinska kuća Potkovica se nalazi na planini Tari, u selu Zaovine. Smestena izmedju dva jezera, velikog Zaovljanoskog i malog jezeras Spajici na koji se pruža pogled iz galerije i sa terasa. Pokovica poseduje odvojenu sobu sa singl i fancuskim ležajem, galeriju sa velikim francuskim lezajem, opremljenu kuhinju, kupatilo, veliki dnevni boravak, dve velike terase, kamin na drva i podno grejanje, kao i rostilj za goste. Sauna i jakuzzi se dodatno naplacuju i rezervisu unapred.

Ova tiha i udobna kuća, smještena je na prelepom poluostrvu usred jezera Medjuvrsje, koje se nalazi između slikovitih planinskih padina. Kuća ima direktan privatni pristup samoj obali jezera koji nudi lepo mesto za pecanje, roštilj ili jednostavno za opuštanje. Kuca se nalazi na mirnoj lokaciji, jer nije blizu glavnog autoputa, ali je ipak dobro povezana sa svim bitnijim mestima u okolini.
