In zona tranquilla, ma non isolata; panetteria, due supermercati e due ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi; fermata dell'autobus a 350 metri. Patio, giardino recintato e una generosa metratura interna per un soggiorno rilassante tutto l’anno. Gli animali sono ben accetti, ma non devono mai essere lasciati soli nel loft o nel giardino.
