The crown jewel of the peaceful Cherokee Village resort community, Lake Thunderbird covers 264 acres, has 7.2 miles of shoreline, and can be as deep as 75 feet. You'll enjoy the lake access and view at this cottage set in a quiet cove and furnished in a contemporary style. Swim or fish in the cove or launch a pontoon boat from the Lake Thunderbird Marina. Cherokee Village is also home to 2 championship golf courses and the Southfork River and is less than 10 minutes from Hardy and Spring River.

Full bath and a washer and dryer, along with a full kitchen with all the essentials. While all smoking is prohibited, some noses may note a vintage tobacco smell from days gone by. The rate is adjusted affordably, and most enjoy their time in Condo 6! Just a short walk to the river and Main Street. Comfy stay!

The village has 2 golf courses, 7 lakes and 2 rec centers. Southfork River runs through the village with public access. Downtown Hardy is less than 10 min. away with public access to the renown Spring River. Enjoy shopping and good food on Main St. The Hardy Sweet Shop is a must for a treat.

The Archer house is just two blocks from main street, one block from the Spring River, a short walk to Mammoth Spring State Park and close to dining and shopping. It has been completely remodeled in fall of 2022 and features many unique and premium features. Including a walk-in tile shower, wood ceilings in part of the house, cedar-clad front porch and more. The house is also equipped with brand new appliances, fast wifi, washer and dryer and more!.

Kayaks for the lake are included with your rental. Conveniently located just 2 miles to downtown Hardy or Cherokee Village.
