Cabin in the Woods

Self-contained oak cabin with double bed, shower and kitchenette. Tucked in amongst the trees on the edge of woodland at the back of our semi-rural property, the cabin has a private deck area with views across the neighbour's field where sheep and horses graze. You may also see deer and rabbits and be serenaded by tawny owls in the evening. Good WiFi. Walking distance of the South of England showground, Wakehurst Place, local pubs and close to Ardingly College. Breakfast included.

Orchard Garden Cabin

We are in an area of outstanding natural beauty. There is a decking area around the cabin with a fire pit plus table and chairs for dining alfresco or just enjoy the fresh air. We are surrounded by fields located about 1 mile from the village and pubs. You can head out for a county walk right from the door step. Several National trust properties in the area. As of May 2025, we have extended the drive way to make parking easier. Guests have space for one car to park on the driveway.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

‘The Old Cart Shed’ is, as the name contrives, a property fabricated from the structure of an original 19th century cart shed. Rebuilt entirely from the ground up, with only the interior, original wood-beamed structure and lime render walls to belie any relation to its former purpose, The Old Cart Shed is today, a self-contained, redesigned dwelling available for short or long-term rental.

There is also private woodland so guests can enjoy walks straight out from the cottage, with wellie boots available for muddy days!
