Your clean and private mountain home is complete with an easy self-check-in with a lockbox and key to make you feel right at home. Come visit!

WALK TO YARTS - The Prospector at Southgate

ON THE WAY TO YOSEMITE. We are just steps from the Yosemite bus stop (YARTS), the Coarsegold Historic Village, three locally owned restaurants, and Zander’s coffee. New! The Mountain Oaks Cafe and bar just opened 150 ft from our door. We are the the only stay RIGHT in historic Coarsegold. The Prospector was built for travelers who wish to enjoy a local feel. The hillside setting provides a mountain camping vibe but with amenities like a Tesla/EV charger, Bluetooth speakers and a hillside spa.

Manzanita Tiny Cabin

Escape to nature in our Manzanita Tiny Cabin. This is one of two tiny houses on our property. Enjoy the views and the stars on the peaceful 24 acres this cabin shares. Located 4.2 miles to Bass Lake, 23 miles to Yosemite South Gate Entrance (Mariposa Grove) or 90 minutes to Yosemite Valley. Amenities include stocked kitchen with Keurig, queen bed, sofa bed, and small sleeping loft w/queen mattress. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, stargazing or playing the 6-hole disc golf course.

The Sugar Frame is an A-Frame Cabin made of sugar pine wood, located 20min from Yosemite's south entrance & 5min from Bass Lake Start your day sipping freshly ground local coffee on the deck, where it feels like being in a treehouse! Read through our guidebooks to plan the perfect day in Yosemite. After exploring Yosemite, play tetherball or ping pong. Enjoy our board games and Nintendo! Then soak in the hot tub. Oakview Station is perched high above the town of Oakhurst with amazing views throughout the property, including from the sunken hot tub. Over 10 acres of land set the scene for this private yet conveniently located property, just over 15 miles to Yosemite's South Gate and minutes from Oakhurst. New appliances, 70 inch flat screen, pool table, and many other amenities. Very fast Internet coupled with a mesh network insure that you can work or entertain yourself from anywhere in the house.
