Shoreham Beach Guest suite

Two large stylish bedrooms, opposite beautiful Shoreham Beach. Both are light & airy and have their own seating areas. The beds are 5ft and there is also room for children's beds. We have a travel cot & small mattress should you require. The suite is accessed by a private entrance and has a small partly covered outdoor area at the front. An internal lockable fire door keeps the rooms private from main house. There is no kitchen. It's perfect for a seaside break literally 30 secs from the beach!

Jellybean- cutest mini houseboat retreat ever!

'Jellybean' is a lovingly restored 1974 TINY houseboat nestled on the mudflats of an RSPB bird reserve on the West Sussex coast. She is one of the smallest narrowboats in the world- 15ft long and 5ft10” high (PLEASE NOTE THE SIZE ). She has all you need to switch off and relax!. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away, and Shoreham by Sea, Worthing and Brighton are all easily accessible. Jellybean is a safe space for solo guests or couples to escape. Furbelows. Sea View Apartment, Lancing Beach

Furbelows is a three bedroom apartment at Perch House, directly on the beach at Lancing. There is no road between you and the sea, just the pebbles, which is the whole point. Sea views from two sides and a south facing balcony. Sleeps six, two bathrooms. Two of the single beds can be made up into a double, just ask when you book. The Perch cafe is on the ground floor and every flat has a fob for the gym. Named after furbelows, a seaweed that grows off this coast.
