Steve, Annabelle and Jackie welcome you to our newly converted loft conversion in a highly convenient location. Enjoy a friendly welcome within Blackdown Hills and AONB, close to the Jurassic Coast. It’s a great place for either a short stopover or longer stay. Our apartment within our home, allows enough space to welcome families, or small groups, whilst also being suitable for those who are looking for peace. A cosy self-contained annex for 2 in a small village near Axminster and within easy reach of the Jurassic Coast, Lyme Regis, Charmouth, Bridport, Honiton, Sidmouth and beautiful countryside walks. Great village pub 5 minutes walk. Continental breakfast included! The annex has an en-suite shower room, double wardrobe, king size bed and food preparation area. Private patio with table and chairs for an al fresco breakfast or dinner and sole use of a small summerhouse with views of the Axe Valley.

The Studio, Kilmington

Homely private studio room with ensuite, sitting area and kitchen. This lovely bright room above our detached double garage is separate to the main house giving greater privacy and relaxation. We will provide tea and coffee amenities, breakfast items and fresh linen. The property is set in the sought after village of Kimington in East Devon on the border of Dorset. The village itself has two pubs, a garage and Miller's Farm Shop. It also backs onto Shute woods with numerous walking trails.

Beautiful, inspiring, and peaceful, Arthouse is a place to escape. This converted art studio in West Dorset is close to Chesil Beach and the Jurassic Coast. It is surrounded by wildflowers and features contemporary art and sculptures by artists Rouwen and Reeve. The space is complemented by mid-century modern furnishings, high ceilings, and exposed beams. All doors open to a private patio and a naturalistic garden. The Sauna, located in the gravel garden looks out onto sculptures and plants.

The Cottage was converted in 2020, the original building is a Victorian Smithy. The property has the charm of an old cottage but is modern, stylish and light and airy. It is detached and so private, with two gardens and a meadow, a stream runs through the gardens. It is delightful to spend time at the Old Forge. There is an area to barbecue or have a fire outside. For bookings during summer holidays there is a 'one week' minimum stay.
