PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Apartment is in a private house with courtyard and a parking place. The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Distance from the sea is 250 m and the nearest town is 5 km but you have 2 resturants and a mini market near the apartment. It is an ideal place for a peacefull vacation and relax.

Our house with sea view is located in the village Zakosa-bay near the towns of Senj and Sveti Juraj,under the mountain Velebit.There are three national parks in the vicinity.Nice place for a quite holiday. This apartment is for four persons. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
