This 1928 stucco 2 bedroom house has a kitchen with breakfast nook, basement laundry and a walled private backyard with 2 cowboy tubs (single & group). The mineral water comes out of the ground naturally at 102 degrees for your soaking pleasure .

It is a private cozy studio and the tub is just for you on your own patio, outside your front door.

Just minutes from historic Truth or Consequences NM where you can enjoy relaxing hot mineral baths, art shops and restaurants. Fully fenced and dog friendly with a covered patio, plenty of parking, cold AC and complimentary coffee, tea and bottled water. Enjoy the sunshine, endless blue sky and beautiful starry nights.

Relaxing, quiet, private studio with a tall wood ceiling, solar skylights, 100mps WiFi, shared yard, patio. Dark skies. The entrance is in a courtyard away from the road and shaded by trees. Next door is my sister's BnB, the Black Range Lodge, where you can reserve a hearty breakfast for $10. Consider some therapeutic bodywork during your stay. My studio is steps away in the same courtyard. For safety I run a HEPA air purifier between guests.
