Located in Historic Mariposa, just a quick walk to downtown. Enclosed, private space with hot tub. This space offers 1 BR w/a king size bed, small closet, and double doors leading into a lovely, living space with a dining set, kitchen, living room w/electric fireplace, smart TV(where you can sign into your apps), DVD player, full bathroom, & washer/dryer.

Given the open concept design - there is not a lot of privacy between bedrooms, just a big bookcase room divider b/w the rooms. There are a few sitting area's outside and a green roof too! Nearby activities include kayaking, surfing, horseback riding, wine-tasting, fine-dining, and exploring the beach and dunes.
