We are happy to open our lake home to new and returning guests. Enjoy a little serenity with family and friends, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life on this beautiful 40 acre lake. We are located close to local breweries, wineries , Salt Springs State Park and various recreational activities, and are 1/2 mile from The Barn at JJT Farm. We are approx. 15 minutes from Binghamton University and SUNY Broome. Upgraded living spaces and new bathrooms highlight the union of modern conveniences with original aesthetic. There is no room for large trailers. Cars park on the road, not the driveway. Catch and release fishing. Non motor and electric trolling boats only.
