Pirica’s room was born in 2017. Is a new, cozy suite with an amazing bathroom and outside terrace with a stunning view to Atlantic ocean and Sintra mountain. Is set in the heart of picturesque village of Penedo * This suite is independent of our house, what allows to our guests have more privacy * In 2024 we decided to renovate and improve the interior space and also do a completely make over of all the house exterior spaces. We offer a peaceful and well decorated space, with lots of history!

Tem um sistema de aquecimento permanente muito confortável. Tem Internet por fibra. Só para 2 pessoas. O acesso à suite se faz descendo uma escadinhas publicas ao lado da casa. Cães já NÃO são mais autorizados devido à experiências desagradáveis!!!

Fontanelas village is located in a 2min drive (1,2Km), where there are several restaurants, cafes, minimarket and pharmacy. The beach is located in a 3min (2,2Km) drive and Sintra center, 18min (10,9Km).

This tiny sized home is made of a 20 feet shipping container. It has a living room area in the entrance with a sofa that flips into a 120 cm day bed. The bathroom is complete with a shower. The bedroom in the end is equipped with a 140cm x 190cm bed.
