This home offers a Cal King bed in the upstairs bedroom, queen size beds in each of the 2 downstairs bedrooms, and an extra fold out queen size bed if needed. Great location in the best part of town!

Peaceful cozy cottage with fishing and access to Fall and Tule Rivers, launch included. On private 375 acre family cattle ranch. We raise cows, pigs, ducks, and chickens. Winter snow, Spring animal babies every place you look, summer swimming, fishing, boating fire pit, star gazing, Fall Harvest, fresh fruits and vegetables to share, we process our gardens by canning, preserving, and cook cook cook. Shasta is only 3 miles away. It is also conveniently located close to Lake Siskiyou and Mount Shasta Ski resort. There are nearby hiking and biking trails. Whether you just want to relax, and/or get out and see the beautiful Mount Shasta area, the Sugar Pine is a great place to be!

It is a 4-minute drive from downtown, a quarter mile from the headwaters, and .2 miles walk to the Peace Garden.

Whether you spend the day hiking to the peak of Castle Crags or snowboarding at Mt. Shasta Ski Park, you'll come home to a cozy wood-burning stove. The PCT is an 8 minute drive, Mt. Shasta City is a 8-10 min drive, and McCloud/Mt. Shasta Ski Park is just a 20-25 beautiful drive.
