Whole house in front of the sea !

The house is about 15 steps from beach. This property is situated by the seaside road of Toroni right across the beach. There is 1 parking spot available in the front part of the house,next comes the road and then the beach. This is a privately owned ground floor apartment (in a two-floor building) with a private entrance. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen equipped with some cookware, a big table as well as a living room which can be used as a 3rd bedroom since it has a sliding door.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It consist 1 big bedroom, 1 Sofa bed (double), bathroom, big fully equiped kitchen, aircondition and a balcony. The location is very convenient because you can go within 10 minutes on the best beaches (lagonissi, trani ammouda,Vourvourou etc) The village center is in a close distance by foot, where you will find, bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, traditional cafes, Medical Center, police station, pharmacies, Post Office etc.

Located in Neos Marmaras, a few metres from Neos Marmaras Beach. Hacienda Rowena provides accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, a garden and barbecue facilities. Beautiful,double bed apartment with sea view in Neos Marmaras of Chalkidiki. Located 50 meters from the main beach of the village and 50 meters from the center of the village by foot. The apartment is on the second floor so the view from it’s own private balcony is beautiful. There is a double bed so it can accommodate two people and also a private kitchen that people can use for their meals.
