Classic, beautifully crafted, newer cottage by Cape Cod Bay. All amenities. Stainless steel kitchen, Cathedral ceilings, Wide plank wood floors, water view. 2 min walk to one of the best beaches on the Cape! Quiet locale in the historic village of Quivet Neck, within East Dennis. 35 miles to Provincetown. I do not allow pets. I have family members with severe allergies who use the cottage. There is no AC at this cottage. I have 15 windows, 4 fans and an ocean breeze.

Great location less than a mile from beautiful First Encounter Beach, a wonderful bay beach, and five minute walk to freshwater pond with sandy beach. Ocean beaches and bike trail close by. Bring your bikes or kayaks, or rent them, and enjoy all the Cape has to offer. Great for singles, couples, small families. Has a small refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. There is not a kitchen.

The 1840s Carriage House has been beautifully remodeled. The first floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and powder room with washer/dryer. The backyard deck has seating for four and a Weber gas grill. Upstairs, the large, elegant bedroom features a king-sized bed, sitting area, reading nook/twin bed, writing desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. No cleaning fee! 15 min walk to the best bayside beach, Thumpertown Beach. The cottage is in a very peaceful wooded setting. A beautiful, charming 2 bedroom cottage 15 min walk to Thumpertown Beach. It's situated on a triple sized lot, close to the outer Cape's favorite attractions. Eastham is known as the Gateway to the Cape Cod National Seashore. Please note, from June 13 to September 6 we have a 7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday.
