Free parking in front of the house is always available. It is located in a quiet residential area 400m from the sea and 10- 15 minutes' walk from the Kotor old town. A big supermarket is a 3-minute walk from the house, and a hiking trail to Vrmac Mountain is a 5-minute walk. The House location is easy to find if you come with your own car. If you arrive by bus, you can reach us in 15 minutes' walk. A local bus station is right in front of the house, if you want to reach Perast-Risan (2€).

Kiki apartment is situated in newly built stone house and is ready to accommodate guests for the first time. House has been constructed in accordance with heritage protection regulations. Located in Skaljari, with charming surrounding and nice neighborhood, it is still on walking distance from Kotor Old Town, public beach, bus stop, stores and bakeries. Located on the second floor, this studio was renovated in April 2023 and offers a cozy bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. It accommodates two guests but may not be comfortable for two on longer stays. Enjoy stunning views of Boka Bay and the Verige Strait from the studio’s windows. Guests can also relax on the waterfront terraces with panoramic views of Boka Bay and the nearby islands.
