There's always something that needs fixing here and a lot of potential as an eco-sensitive artist residency in the making. It's well equipped, comfortable, roomy and flexible. We welcome you to enjoy it, to explore its surroundings made up of rich architectural remnants from times past, and remember a different way of dwelling and of being in the world. Pine forest House

The wooden house is located 300 meters from the picturesque village of Gourri, in the pine forest between the villages of Gourri and Fikardou. Visitors can reach the village square and shops within a few minutes’ walk. The accommodation is located in a fenced three-level 1200 sq. Two independent houses are placed in the plot, each one on a different level. The house is situated on the third level of the plot with idyllic view of the sunset, the mountains and the company of nature’s sounds.
