At 200 meters from the beach of San Nikolas by foot, taking a dirt path. The beach, the port, restaurants, mini-market and bars are 1.5 km away by car. Boat Tours depart from the port to see the Blue Caves and Shipwreck Beach (Navagio) as well as ferries to Kefalonia.

The ground-floor Deluxe Double Studio is a 30 sqm open-plan room with a double bed, kitchenette (small fridge, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and kitchenware).
