Our cabin is a quiet cozy place. Located in Svarfhólsskógur in Hvalfjördur, only 45 minutes drive from the city. Beautiful views of mountains and woods all around the cabin. The area around the cabin is wooded with low growing birch trees typical of the Icelandic woods. As a base for sightseeing on the west coast this is a great location. Close to Snaefellsnes, and also the many sights in Borgarfjördur, waterfalls, glaciers, caves and much more. If you enjoy nature this is the place for you.

You are invited to stay at Birkiholt cottage, a small family owned cosy cabin, only 45 min drive from RVK. One bedroom and a loft where two persons can sleep ( steep stairs up) safely and relatively private. Mattresses on the loft floor. Small living room with sleeping sofa (for two) ,sofa table, small kitchenette with dishwasher and a cosy bath with shower, foldable kitchen table for 4, TV, wifi . It's a perfect location for day trips to discover the Snæfellsnes peninsula and the silver circle and it's not far from the golden circle either.

Our 78 square meter 1 bedroom cottage is located 50 minutes drive from Reykjavik. The cottage is luxurious and has an outdoor natural water hot tub from where you can enjoy the Northern Lights or the fantastic sunset. The living area and the balcony have a spectacular view overlooking the fjord and surrounding mountains. The cottage is a great base for day tours in the south or west of Iceland. Gullfoss, Geysir, Thingvellir and Snæfells glacier are all within 1-2 hours’ drive.

Hóll Guesthouse

Come for a stay at a farm in the South-west part of Iceland. Enjoy the nature on a conventional Icelandic farm. During winter you might see the northern lights and experience the constant day during summer. Dairy cows, sheep and horses roam around on the farm in the summer but stay inside during winter. Additionally, a total of 4 dogs live, work and play on the farm. This is a working farm so don't be alarmed by tractors and all sorts of farm noise and smells.

Enjoy nature and amazing views in our beautiful cottage in the mountains of Borgarfjörður - 1 hour drive from Reykjavík. The cottage was built in 2013 - 2015 but has a classic and simple style. There is electric heating, a gas stove and outdoor cooking area. The cottage is close to Krauma geothermal bath and the town of Borgarnes where you can go to stores, museum and restaurants.
