Partly nestled in an olive grove Themis Homes, consisting of three houses, each with a plunge pool, independent and unique, but sharing the same sense of well-being welcomes its guests. The homes have been designed with special sensitivity to people and to the environment, using sustainable materials and practices and allowing wheelchair access throughout the outside area of the site.

Η αγροικία είναι κτισμένη στην πλαγιά ενός βουνού με θέα την παραλία της Καλαμίτσας, μέσα σε ένα κτήμα 70 στρεμμάτων. Αποτελείται απο ισόγειο και έναν όροφο. Και τα δύο επίπεδα έχουν υπνοδωμάτια, μπάνια, κουζίνα και καθιστικό. Η πρόσβαση στον όροφο είναι από μία εξωτερική σκάλα έτσι ώστε τα δύο επίπεδα να είναι εντελώς ανεξάρτητα και αυτόνομα. Είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένη και εξόπλισμένη με όλα τα απαραίτητα μέσα για μιά άνετη και σύγχρονη διαβίωση. Η θέα από όλα τα ανοίγματα είναι μοναδική!

Σκυριανό παραδοσιακό σπίτι ιδανικό για ξεκούραστες διακοπές, βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Mαγαζιά μία από τις ωραιότερες παραλίες του νησιού μπροστά στην θάλασσα πλησίον εστιατορίου , cafe, supermarket, δίπλα στο Εργαστήριο Σκυριανών κεραμικών" Σταμάτης Φτούλης". Σε απόσταση 4 λεπτών με τα πόδια βρίσκεται δημοτικό parking και οργανωμένα beach bar. Ο δρόμος που φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες είναι πεζόδρομος.
