Η αγροικία είναι κτισμένη στην πλαγιά ενός βουνού με θέα την παραλία της Καλαμίτσας, μέσα σε ένα κτήμα 70 στρεμμάτων. Αποτελείται απο ισόγειο και έναν όροφο. Και τα δύο επίπεδα έχουν υπνοδωμάτια, μπάνια, κουζίνα και καθιστικό. Η πρόσβαση στον όροφο είναι από μία εξωτερική σκάλα έτσι ώστε τα δύο επίπεδα να είναι εντελώς ανεξάρτητα και αυτόνομα. Είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένη και εξόπλισμένη με όλα τα απαραίτητα μέσα για μιά άνετη και σύγχρονη διαβίωση. Η θέα από όλα τα ανοίγματα είναι μοναδική!

Ο Πεύκος, με τη μεγάλη αμμώδη παραλία του, είναι περικυκλωμένος από πευκόφυτες πλαγιές , 5 χιλιόμετρα απο το λιμανι της Σκύρου. Είναι ένας όμορφος, καταπράσινος κόλπος ο οποίος έχει και ένα μικρό λιμανάκι. The “Briar House” has been recently renovated and is located in the upper part of Skyros Town, on the main uphill way to the fortress and to St. George Monastery. It can accommodate 2 persons. Outside cube shaped, the house follows the characteristic architecture of the island. Inside the architect has used modern elements to make guests stay more pleasant.
