Bear Branch Tiny House

Bear Branch has a 32x32 in shower with instant hot water. Full size toilet, kitchen sink, microwave and k cup coffee maker. The lower twin size bed is perfect for a single travler or a cozy couple. If you need an aditional bed another twin mattress is a short climb away in the loft area. Outside the tiny house you can cook on propane and/ or a charcoal grill. Also have a stocked fire pit so you can enjoy a campfire. Firewood, bottled water, coffee and items to make smores are always provided!

Basecamp cabin for two

This cabin is a great basecamp for heading to Pisgah and Dupont. Located within a mile of downtown, yet you feel like you are out in the country. There are beautiful mountain and pasture views from the back porch. There is a house on one side of the cabin, but a fence in between for privacy. Sit on the back porch and watch the Scottish Highland cattle graze while you enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. This property is on a working farm, so you may see farm equipment around the property.

My farm is 8 miles from Brevard and a 45 min. drive to downtown Asheville. I am nestled between Pisgah National Forest and Dupont State Forest, which means unlimited hiking, waterfalls, swimming, kayaking and fishing. Cyclers will enjoy being on one of the many routes, while mountain bikers can enjoy forest trails and challenge themselves to the Oskar Blues Reeb Ranch. Equestrian folks can avail themselves to our local horse boarders and ride in both forests. There is something for everyone!

We took the 1950 cabin, home to the legendary bootlegger Clyde McCall, lifted it up and put a new footer, foundation, and sun room addition. Next, we set it back down and totally refurbished from the studs out. Everything is new inside and out.
