Whistle Hill Retreat is a newly renovated second-floor apartment in a cedar log fourplex just outside Soldotna. This comfortable, private space has a modern rustic feel and a peaceful setting, while still being close to town, the hospital, and local favorites. Brew@602 and Addie Camp are both within a short walk. A great home base for fishing the Kenai River, exploring the Kenai Peninsula, relaxing after work, or enjoying a convenient stay near everything Soldotna offers.

Katmai Duplex

Enjoy Soldotna from this peaceful and centrally located place. Dressed in eclectic style, this duplex feels welcoming and comfortable. It has all the amenities: fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi , as well as a washer/dryer. It’s three blocks from the hospital, three houses from the high school, and easy walking distance to the library, Beemun’s, Safeway, and the Soldotna Creek Park, just to name a few places. However, it is not ideal for processing fish. No smoking please.
