It’s been recently renovated with comfortable new furnishings and amenities. It features one well-appointed bedroom, one large bathroom, comfortable living room, and a full kitchen w/ 400 mbps of dedicated secure wifi internet. ****Upgraded underground parking spot is available for additional fee (see below).****

Cozy ski-in/ski-out 1 bedroom condo (with sleeping den) in the heart of Solitude ski resort village (located in Big Cottonwood Canyon). This 800+ square foot condo is one of the largest 1 bedrooms on the property. It's the ideal mountain getaway, with access to the Solitude Club which includes: hot tub, heated swimming pool, workout, game and movie rooms. Within walking distance to four eating/drinking establishments and the best snow on earth! For summer stays, we have added two A/C units.

Brighton received almost 65 feet of snow in 2023; the most in recorded history! We skied through all of May! Did we mention the Hot Tub?!

Hot tub open year round. Pool open during summer months. Restaurants within walking distance. You will need to climb one flight of stairs to access. We'd love to host you in our Studio apartment with queen bed plus queen sleeper sofa to fit 4 comfortably. Tons of natural light and views- windows ALL have full pull down shades for privacy as well. Locked Storage closet for skis, bikes or luggage. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies. Community includes splash pad, soccer fields, playground, boardwalk trails and biking trails. Free transportation throughout Park City via High Valley Transit.
