The Grade II listed former Wesleyan Sunday School retains many of its original features and has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary interior including a large ensuite bedroom with dressing area and glass partition giving a mezzanine feel to the beautiful open-plan living space. The location is on a hill overlooking Totnes with expansive views towards Dartmoor. It is a 12-15 minute walk into town. The property has off road parking for two cars.

Just 15 minutes from bustling Totnes, the village itself is well served with a butcher, grocer and deli, plus a decent local pub with lovely beer garden. There's also parking for a micro car or free parking nearby.

The Annexe offers quintessential country living. Stylishly presented, well equipped and enjoys views across the Avon valley. Part of an immaculately kept working beef and arable farm, with horses and chickens nearby, the Annex at Hingston Farm is a self contained wing of the principal farmhouse and is incredibly comfortable and cosy. Dog friendly. A minute’s walk from the renowned Oyster Shack and the popular Avon estuary, the sandy beaches of Bigbury, Bantham and Salcombe are nearby.

The Annexe

The Annexe is adjoined to Noland House and boasts two bedrooms, a large open planned kitchen and living area, with a wet-room bathroom and use of a private garden area. There's Wi-Fi, free parking for one vehicle (and access to an EV charger on request), and the all facilities of a modern home. Situated in South Brent, not only do you have Dartmoor on the doorstep, but access to the beautiful South Hams (including its many beaches) plus excellent amenities in the local village.

Shuttaford - Modern Rustic Barn in Dartmoor Valley

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.
