We are a short drive/walk from Church Street, the waterfront, UVM Campus, and Champlain College. We have multiple grocery stores within a half mile radius and I-89 is easily accessible. Our apartment has ample privacy and your own quiet outdoor space, enclosed by cedars. The space includes cathedral ceilings and is a great setting to enjoy a relaxing vacation or business trip.

This entire property is non-smoking; including tobacco and cannabis products as well as e-cigarettes.

Forget your worries in this spacious and private space. This unit is located on the 1st floor of 2 stories house with its own front door. Enter into a large living room with big screen TV, fireplace, dining area and large laundry/food area. It will provide you comfortable space to rest after outdoor activities. There is potential for noise from the unit above but we ask all residents to observe quiet hours from 10pm to 6am weekdays and 11pm to 9am weekends. (not suitable for kids under 10).

The guesthouse is in a separate building located behind a single family home. It is a dual story building with a studio apartment on the second floor and a sitting/play area on the first. There is one queen sized bed, bathroom, kitchen, and living room area. We have been told the steps to the second floor are steep which may be difficult for some.
