This cozy apartment of 500 sq ft is perfect for 2, but can accommodate 4 with the queen bedroom and the futon which makes into a queen size bed. No TV. Monte Vista is a small rural town.

With roughly 70 acres of wide open fields, and nearly a 1/4 mile of river front property, the views do not disappoint.
