Rounceval House is a marvellous 17th century stone-built town house in the shadow of the south Cotswolds escarpment on the famous Cotswold Way walk. It was an upmarket 11-bedroom boutique hotel until recently. New owners Richard and Leanne now run it as a family home and rent out the self-contained three-double bedroomed eastern annexe wing to guests. It's a lovely space. The bedrooms are exceptionally large. The double beds in them are also very large (either king-sized or super king-sized).

Set in the Countryside just outside the market town of Thornbury, Birch cottage is moments away from Bristol, Wales and the Cotswolds. Standing in its own private garden with stunning views across the river Severn into Wales, friendly sheep are your neighbours. The Cottage is brand new, fitted to a high standard with its own kitchen, en suite and private gated parking 10 mins from the M4/5. The Cottage is set in the lovely village of Didmarton in the heart of the Cotswolds. It is a short distance to Westonbirt Arboretum and Tetbury. Approximately 30 minutes from Bristol and Bath with close proximity to the M4. It is a 5 minutes walk to the local village public house. The property was originally a tied cottage for Badminton Estate workers and was built circa 1770.

Hillside Stables is a separate annexed building, to the main house, a hidden period gem with spectacular gardens. This Grade II Listed home and family house, dates back to 1715 with some extensions c.1820. We renovated the separate old stables building to build a mezzanine king-sized bed deck and shower room in this completely separate private annex, with its own entrance.
