Take the morning to surf & the afternoon to lay on the beautiful beaches. This apartment is perfect for families or small groups. Easily accessible on one level.

The house is a charming 5 minute walk to downtown Jamestown and a scenic 10 minute drive over the bridge to Newport. There is a great bakery/cafe and a brand new playground a mere 250 feet away. The open floor plan and eclectic, local decor make for a pleasant accommodation. The space 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open floor living/dining space, and a kitchen with an oven/stove top and refrigerator. Full wifi coverage throughout, cable tv, a backyard /stone patio, grill and central a/c.

This is a 1,400 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath. The 2nd floor has a full kitchen, pull out couch, full bath and room for an inflatable bed. Child and dog friendly with pack n play and water bowls on hand. Carpenter's farm a bit further offers farm fresh items.
