The home is more than 1600 square feet of livings pace over two floors. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and one half bath. Two of the bedrooms have queens (one queen is a futon), one bedroom has a single (with a second single that pulls out), and another has two singles (that can also be pushed together to create one bed). The living room has two couches, and also a futon chair that pulls out to a child's bed. All of the bedrooms, the living room and dining room have ceiling fans. One full bathroom has a shower and is connected to the master bedroom. The other full bathroom has a tub and shower. The home boasts a formal dining room with a (nonworking) fireplace, a deck perfect for barbecuing and a smaller dining area that seats 4 and provides terrific views out the picture window. The home sits on a 1.5 acre wooded lot overlooking a pond. The area is very peaceful and quiet - although you are minutes from area attractions and major shopping centers.
