Sandy River Sanctuary and Sauna

Treat yourself to the lower suite of our Sandy River home located just 2 miles from downtown Troutdale, OR. Our suite includes a sauna and an indoor soaking tub (not jetted.) We live above the suite and we have a toddler who is in daycare during the work hours and typically sleeps from 7pm to 7 am. There is a locked, sound absorbing accordian door. Yet, you may still be able to hear us from time to time. We are located on a scenic hwy minutes away from Edgefield and the Columbia River Gorge.

Large 20'x12' private studio with big private bathroom, supplied kitchenette, walk-in closet, and relaxing deck with access to a sauna, fire pit, and yard. Quiet, authentic FoPo neighborhood near many delicious and affordable restaurants, bars, dispensaries, and food carts. Borrow bikes to access the Hawthorne, Division, Woodstock and Belmont areas within 15 minutes. All are welcome. LGBTQ+ friendly. 420 friendly. Owner is comfortable communicating with internationals of all English abilities.

1910 craftsman in the heart of the Mississippi district, Portland. Walking distance to bars and restaurants and only two blocks from the Max light rail. Basement apartment is brand new and includes sauna, digital projector, a pull down screen, queen sized Murphy bed, washer/dryer, dishwasher and full kitchen. Secure & private access is through two locked doors from the side of the house. Our small family of three plus a cat live upstairs. Perfect private getaway or weekend adventure.

Across from Sewallcrest Park and only a few blocks from Bagdad Theater and Powells Bookstore. Equipped with 80 inch 4k smart projector. Shared back yard with sauna. LGBTQA and 420 friendly. A golden retriever lives on property but please no pets.
