Indoors, stretch out in the open-plan living spaces of two lounge areas - open planned to the kitchen and dining room areas. The Main House level of the beach house is equipped with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Three bedrooms are on the ocean level and the 4th master bedroom is downstairs. (The Upper Penthouse level is completely separate to the Main House Level) This Beach Villa - this property is situated directly on Glen Beach. (The small enclave nestled between Camps Bay and Clifton Beaches) Paradise at its best. The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room open out onto a large decked pool area. Your beach gate leads right onto the beach. Uninterrupted sea views. Glen Beach is uniquely situated with only 15 beach homes. We are within walking distance to the local restaurant strip. The Main House section has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 8. Should your party be larger, the upper penthouse can be combined to allow for a maximum of 12 guests. The Main House is completely private, with it's own private pool. The upper penthouse has it's own pool and balconies. The Beach Gate is communal. Sean, Mary-Louise or another member of our family will be there to check you in and make sure that you are comfortable. We are contactable at all times, should there be any questions needing answers to. The home is situated in the famous international landmark that is Camps Bay. The locale’s crystal clear oceans and soft white beaches—which are within walking distance—draw tourists. Indulge at one of the acclaimed restaurants on the strip. If you want to relax and soak up the sun, walking within the Camps Bay area is easy. Should you wish to explore all Cape Towns other beautiful spots, we recommend to hire a car. This is also extremely easy and can be done at the airport, or once you are at the villa. Cape Town also has a reliable bus system call the Myciti bus. The house has three separate bedrooms each with an En Suite bathroom on the ground level accessed through an electric gate with a small front yard. The living areas are spacious and open plan with lots of light and an outdoor feel. There is no garden, however, lots of outdoor space with an incredible view of the mountain and valley that is known as The Moot. Enjoy your stay in a relaxed, easy to care space. You will have the whole place to yourselves! Good communication is important to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. We are happy to answer any questions regarding travel, attractions, places to visit and everything that interest you. The house is at the top of a steep driveway in quiet Villieria, one of Pretoria’s oldest neighbourhoods. It is close to the highway, university, hospitals, embassies and amenities. Find shops, cafes, and restaurants just down the road. In addition to Uber and metered taxis, a bus to the Gautrain station leaves from Webb Street in the nearby Queenswood. A bus service and a bus to the Gautrain station is available just 200 meters down the road. Metered taxi's or Uber are available too. Parking for 1 car is available on the property. Situated on top of a hill, it may be a challenging drive into the driveway for some. There is a double garage with direct access into the scullery. The property is safe, enclosed and has an alarm.

Property is gated, guest have there own access and free to roam the property. We like to give guest there own space, however either myself or a staff member are always available and happy to help. Nestled between towering mountainscapes and enduring vineyards, this property is situated in Franschhoek, a town known for its world-class dining, wine tasting, and natural beauty. Visit the Huguenot Memorial Museum to learn about local history. Uber is recently available in Franschhoek but does have a limited presence (after 11pm/12pm). The apartment is set high up on Little Lionshead with panoramic views of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Folding doors lead onto an expansive pool deck with sun loungers and a gas barbecue all for the exclusive use of the apartment guests. There is a full kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, an en suite bathroom, lounge area with a large flat panel TV and an open-plan dining area. The apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. We have solar and battery power so are not affected by power outages. Mountain Walks, Village atmosphere with a city 10 minutes away. Beach 2km away. The suite is located on the lower level of the property and is totally private. There is parking on the property. Pool, garden, Mountain We are available to transport you around the Cape, take you on wine tours at an additional fee. MacD, our housekeeper is on hand 24 hours to assist where necessary The house is safe and secure with guarded entrance. Wake up to birdsong and enjoy the surrounding majestic mountains. Mount Rhodes is a security estate nestled in the foot of Little Lions Head. Seek sanctuary in the beauty of this old Victorian-style building that's the ideal place to quietly unwind. The balcony doors open up for plenty of light and fresh air from the garden. The 2 single beds in one of the bedrooms can be converted to a King size bed for a second couple or kept separate. Guests will sign in with security at the gate. I'll be staying in my painting studio which is not far away and I will be available at all times to assist. Long Street and the surrounding neighbourhood has an amazing collection of restaurants, bars, and cafes. All essentials are within walking distance, including supermarkets and pharmacies. The apartment has it's own garage to park your hire car and it is within 100m of where taxis congregate waiting for fares. For short stays, a house keeper will come in before check in and at check out. For longer stays, she will come in a couple of times a week (after 11am; Mon & Thurs); there is no additional cost, the extra cleaning just helps to keep things manageable. She will be available to do your washing & ironing if you request it. Note on the parking garage: The lock-up garage was designed for normal sedan size vehicles and will, unfortunately, not accommodate large 4WD's and panel vans. For guests that are going to be using a larger vehicle, there is a shopping center up the road that has overnight parking available (R100/night)
