Le loft design indépendant de 100 M2 s’ouvre sur un grand espace de vie composé d’un salon, d’une cuisine ouverte et salle de bains au rez-de -chaussée et d’une mezzanine à l’étage. Le salon possède un grand canapé en cuir , un fauteuil et une télévision écran plat. La cuisine ouverte est entièrement équipée avec îlot central. Recently restored en-suite unique space in a 16th century house with an independent access. In the entrance is a small sitting area leading into the bedroom with a balcony opening to the valley and a fully equipped bathroom (including bathtub in the room). Access to the roof terrace with fantastic views is available from the main staircase. The house is located in a small village of medieval origin in the foothills of the pre-pyrenees, close to many tourist sites.

***NO PARTIES*** On top floor of an old, traditional house in the heart of Switzerland. Close to Interlaken and Spiez with a spectacular view. This place is unique, very calm. There is public transport, but I would recommend coming by car. A parking lot is provided for you. note: the bathtub is currently out of order. There is no AC as there are generally no ACs in most Swiss Apartments due to how hard it is to obtain permits for them.
