This stylish studio apartment is a peaceful retreat with a large outdoor balcony and district views. The studio has a well equipped kitchen and laundry with all new appliances. Our cabin is spacious & light drenched. It offers a queen size bed, comfy lounge, wardrobe, kitchenette (w/ bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster), bathroom, study area, air con, Wifi & a smart TV (Netflix, Disney & Prime. It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children (10 & 12), a Labradoodle dog, 2 cats & guinea pigs who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky.

Parthenia Studio

Recently built, under our existing house with separate entry is Parthenia Studio with beer garden, Tempur mattress and outdoor, hot shower! Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.
