Yet it is only 1/4 mile from a train station & Suffield Arms. The Sunhouse: open plan self contained living space, which comprises of a kitchen diner & Lounge / sleeping area, with a wood burner. There is a bathroom with shower. Depending on the time of year you visit it will be in different stages of growth and bloom.

THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

The Gatehouse

Enjoy a peaceful break in this compact, stylish space, ideally located just minutes away from the north Norfolk coast. Nestled within the 2 acre garden of an elegant Regency house, The Gatehouse is a wonderful country retreat. The timber vaulted bedroom contains a double bed and sitting area, with wonderful views through its large sash windows. The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'waney edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

The Loft

The Loft is an independent self contained apartment overlooking the gardens at Well Cottage on the village green. Perfect location to visit multi award winning Gunton Arms and the Suffield Arms ( 1 mile away ). Also within easy distance of the Norfolk Coast, Norfolk Broads, and City of Norwich. National Trust properties are a short drive away, as well as the wealth of beautiful Norfolk beaches and Cromer Pier (with its pier shows and famous Cromer crabs).
