Return from a day of hiking in Acadia National Park to soak in the clawfoot tub or relax on the tiny deck, with a glimpse of the ocean. This 20ft x 8ft tiny home is situated in a backyard, a short walk from Manset Town Dock and Peter Trout Tavern, and a five-minute drive from Southwest Harbor and parts of Acadia National Park (about 20 min to longer hikes and the loop road).

Centrally located on the Blue Hill Peninsula near Deer Isle, the cabins offer access to outdoor activities, cultural events, restaurants & shops.

You can access the water via a set of stairs leading from the property to the shoreline. End your days on the deck and keep your eyes peeled for seals!

The Artist Studio is just a 5 minute walk into the heart of downtown Southwest Harbor. We are a 5 minute drive to an Acadia Park entrance, a 20 min drive to Bar Harbor. Close to restaurants, Echo Lake for swimming, and a 5 minute walk to the Clark Point Town Dock for ferry boat rides to explore the islands! You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, the high ceilings, the modern kitchen and island. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

If you want to be near the action of an active and interesting harbor, this is the place for you. You will have a front row seat to spectacular morning sunrises over the harbor, the comings and goings of the fishermen and the many boats docked at the marina and anchored in the harbor. Several access points to Acadia National Park less than 5 miles away; downtown Bar Harbor is a 25 minute drive. The cottage is ideal for couples or families with supervised children.
