Plenty of parking in the 25'x25' 2 car garage, 3 car driveway or on the street on 2 sides of the house situated on a corner lot.

Fast trail and lake access. Hot tub and private patio to host big groups. Full hook-ups for an RV or camper on the property that are available for guests to use for an addition fee of $75 per night. This quiet neighborhood offers dark skies at night (think Milky Way), and BLM hiking and ancient Petroglyphs right out the back door. Located just 7 miles from downtown Moab.
