Located in a heart of Boiling Springs this spacious house has everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. This is the most desirable location for exploring the area and a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Minutes away from the freeway, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. Local stores within 2mile radius: Target, Ingles, Walmart, Aldi and many small shops and restaurants. Costco, Sams, shopping Mall and others are all within 15min drive. Tiger River Park is 17miles away

Historical getaway walking distance to the river.

Victorian home built in 1900 that is walking distance to the Pacolet river. There is a park with picnic tables on the river that is a short walk or drive and also Clifton beach is a short distance. There is a deck with a dining table and gas grill and furniture on the deck as well. It is a nice getaway but also only a 15 minute drive to downtown Spartanburg for bars and restaurants. Grocery store and gas stations a 5 minute drive. The small town of Cowpens is about a 10 minute drive.

Our home is located in beautiful neighborhood. We love our view. House has 3 bedrooms ( two bedrooms have king beds and one bedroom has two queen beds), also have two futons in living room that can be used as full size beds. This home was remodeled by my husband and me and were constantly adding new ideas to it. however, we do not tolerate any kind of wild parties that include hard liquor or smoking. absolutely no smoking in the house the wood in house will peneteate the smell.
