Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

De villa heeft een eigen toegangsweg met poort. De begane grond heeft een volledig ingerichte keuken en een eetkamertafel voor 8 personen, een woonkamer met open haard en een gastentoilet. Op de begane grond zijn 2 slaapkamers en een badkamer met ligbad. Via een trap naar boven bereik je de andere 2 slaapkamers; ieder met een eigen badkamer met douche en toilet. Iedere slaapkamer heeft een eigen terras met een zitje. Halverwege de week wordt de villa schoongemaakt en het bedlinnen verwisseld.

"Konstas House" Cozy Stone Island Retreat

The house is located in Spartochori, Meganisi,Lefkas. This is a quiet family house located at the entrance of the village. It is newly renovated, decorated with paintings, flowers and seashells. It has stone walls that offer unique insulation from the heat and a fireplace to keep warm, a large terrace, private parking, a beautiful view of the sea and a large garden with lots of flowers. The village shops are a five minute walk from the house and the nearest beach is a 2 minute drive.

Το σπίτι μας (5🗝) βρίσκεται σε απόσταση αναπνοής από τη θάλασσα που προφέρει την αίσθηση της απομόνωσης, ενώ την ίδια στιγμή έχει ιδιαίτερα εύκολη πρόσβαση. Ακόμη κι αν αποφασίσετε να περάσετε ήσυχα τις διακοπές σας χωρίς πολλές μετακινήσεις, μπορείτε να έρθετε χωρίς κανένα μέσο, καθώς το λιμάνι είναι μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια, 5 λεπτά από το πιο κοντινό εστιατόριο και 10 λεπτά από την πιο κοντινή παραλία. Το χωριό που βρίσκεται εκεί, το Σπαρτοχώρι, είναι μόλις 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια.

The Red suite is located on the ground floor, featuring one bedroom with a king-sized bed, a sitting room with two sofas which may sleep two kids and one bathroom with shower. Outdoors, it occupies a large yard space and seating for dining. There are facilities of a shared small, shared pool with jacuzzi jets. A parking space 200m away is offered for free.
