The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Newly refurbisced cozy apartment within a controlled traffic zone ,a minutes's walk from the sea.It has a wonderful view of the Aragonese Castle, the bay of Saint Anna and of Capri. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen/living room area and a laundry room. And it also has a spacius balcony wich surrounds the house and where you can have breakfast and sunbathe. Nestor's House

"CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;

L'appartamento dista circa 300 m dalle spiaggie di Citara, Cava dell'Isola e dal Parco Termale "Giardini Poseidon ". Il centro storico dista circa 2 km.

My accommodation is close to the nightlife, public transport and the city center. You will like my accommodation for these reasons: the views, intimacy and posizione.I our apartments with sea view, located directly on the sand, can comfortably accommodate 4 people. They have the advantage of being in a strategic location on the island ... and you fall asleep with only the music of the waves!

CASETTA "TITINA" SUL MARE

La Casetta "Titina" , un tempo casa di pescatori, è situata direttamente sul mare. Vi basterà fare pochi gradini per essere sulla Spiaggia dei Pescatori. La Casetta gode di una splendida vista sul Castello Aragonese e l'antico borgo di Ischia Ponte. E' possibile ammirare, inoltre, le vicine isole di Procida e Vivara.

La casa è situata nell'affascinante borgo di Sant'Angelo d'Ischia, a dieci passi dal suo centro. È ampia, fresca, luminosa e vista mare.
