Neighborhood pool across the street and indoor/outdoor water park, arcade, gym (remodeled in 2020) and on location bars/restaurants are a 5-minute walk or short drive away. The space is completed with 2 bathrooms and main-floor laundry. In the backyard you will find a fire pit with 4 chairs perfect for a calm summer night.

Come and enjoy the luxury of the 86” TV, sauna, fireplace, spacious fenced in back yard. The back yard is full of fun. It has a fire pit and a comfortable couch and a dining table.. We allow a capacity of 8 only. This is a strict no smoking which includes vaping property. No unauthorized guests.
