Spacious and cozy loft on the ground floor of an old traditional house in the beautiful and quaint core of Splügen. Small outdoor terrace to dine at the sound of a stream. A few steps from the departure of the cableway and at the center of a network of trails for hiking and mountain biking. Tastefully furnished: a double bedroom (with skylight instead of window), a small children's room with no window, a double sofa bed, a spacious bathroom, a modern kitchen and bright and warm living room.

Un'oasi di pace e tranquillità immersa nella natura ideale, per famiglie o coppie in cerca di relax e romantica intimità. Vista sulle montagne della Valchiavenna, con ampi prati ad uso giardino. Ciclabile a pochi metri, possibilità di numerose escursioni, 10 minuti da Chiavenna, 30 minuti dal Lago di Como e dalla Ski Area Valchiavenna.

Meine Unterkunft ist familienfreundliche und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der komfortablen Betten,den beiden Küchen, dem Ausblick und der Gemütlichkeit. Im Sommer hat es ein Sitzplatz mit Grillmöglichkeiten. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Familien (mit Kindern) und kleine Gruppen. Nächstes Skigebiet ist in Splügen (5 Min. mit dem Auto)

Ausgangspunkt für die schönsten Outdoor-Aktivitäten. Im Winter hast du direkten Zugang vor der Haustüre zu den schönsten Langlaufloipen. In wenigen Minuten erreichst du das schöne Skigebiet Splügen Tambo. Im Sommer startest du von zu Hause aus die tollsten Wanderungen. Über den Splügenpass bist du innert 20 Minuten in Italien.
