The Cliff/Cannon neighborhood streets are lined with well kept, classic older homes. Within walking distance to two different grocery stores, a few restaurants, and a small shopping plaza with a hardware store, laundry, and the best local market in town, Huckleberry's which has a cafe, juice bar, and deli with dine in seating. In the spring and summer Lime scooters and bikes are usually parked a block or two from the house and they are fun to ride and explore Spokane in the summertime. We also have a crow with one bad foot we call Peg who lives in trees around the house.

Ten minutes from downtown. Private entrance and private patio. King size comfortable bed. Great shower. No smokers, no partying; we ask for very quiet after 10:30 (but late arrivals are fine!). Please do not come here for romantic rendezvouz. but we're happy if you have sex that's not too noisy. :)
