This is a modern cosy home with open plan living & exceptional indoor/outdoor flow for enjoying the beautiful Marlborough weather, it is a great place for 1 or 2 parents in the main room and 1 or 2 children in the single bed room, it is also very suitable for 2 couples with having 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms both with TVs, there is a small supermarket within 5 mins walk, bar & restaurant within 2 mins walk or the main town centre would be 10 - 15mins walk away, it is very handy to all amenities

Herd of Cows?! Quiet, comfortable and fun accommodation just 15 minutes walk through the picturesque Picton Marina to cafes, bars, shops, theatres, cruises and walking tracks. Free pickup and setdown from ferry may be available. Transfer from Blenheim by arrangement. Be warned......this great priced accommodation is probably nothing like you have ever stayed in previously. My folly and a labour of love! If you don't have a sense of humour or don't like cows.....don't book in! :-)

You are welcome to walk around the property which include gardens, ponds and wetlands. Find a shady spot for a picnic by the stream.

An easily accessible property from the main roads with off street parking, we are a 25 minute walk from central Blenheim and a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Pollard park gardens and a golf course. It has great views over the vineyard and is quiet and secluded despite being close to all amenities and the outstanding range of vineyards that Marlborough has to offer.
