While we feel the Chickadee offers plenty of privacy from the inside you should make note that it is located in the middle of a neighborhood setting and the landscaping is still being worked on though won't be disruptive to your stay. Just under a mile from downtown Gorham 20 minutes to Portland Ski, swim, shop, eat, leaf peep, hike, the activities nearby are endless

Fern Hollow is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. Beautiful views of the lake from each room, w/full kitchen, laundry, 3 TVs. As our guest, you will have access to a private boat launch. In the winter snowmobile, snowshoe, ice skates, or cross-country ski on the frozen lake.

Kick back and relax around the fire while being "away from it all" yet still close by to great restaurants, beaches and more! This cabin is "off grid" and does not have running water or electricity. The space offers solar power that will power all lights, fans as well as charge devices. There is a battery operated pump that gives you potable water out of the sink. A porta potty is on property.

Bright and pleasant 1 bedroom apt with separate entrance, gas fireplace, enclosed porch and large kitchen. Spacious yard to enjoy with pool, fire pit, grill and outdoor seating. Steep Falls is a rural village. Our home is a 5 min walk to the Saco River a favorite destination for canoeing, kayaking or tube floating (after the spring run off!) It is just a 10 min drive to the boat launch for Sebago Lake, one of Maine's largest and most beautiful bodies of water.

Sebago Sunrise Yurt - Trail Access!

Nestled between Portland's fine dining and Sebago's outdoor fun, the Sunrise Yurt is a great camping spot to explore what Southern Maine has to offer. Park & take a short walk to the back 2 acres of my property. The yurt overlooks a meadow & faces the sunrise. Beautiful property located on Watchic Lake in Standish Maine. Clear clean spring fed lake. 25 minutes to Portland with access to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. 45 minutes to North Conway New Hampshire. Where you wil find plenty of shopping, restaurants and winter skiing. Property includes use of Main Chalet home year round and two additional cabins each sleeping 4 are available from May-Oct. Great for extended families and friends.

This charming cottage is thoughtfully furnished, it's your home away from home! Clean and cozy, one bedroom with queen size bed and full kitchen. Sit in front of the gas fireplace or on your own private deck overlooking the 105 acres of Black Brook Preserve. Take a hike, snowshoe or cross-country ski right outside your door. We now have new sofa, bed, refrigerator, stove, as well as shower and bathroom flooring.
