The cottage sits at the highest point on the river, with a deck & fire pit overlooking the river providing a breath taking view from sunrise to sunset! Theres a cozy loft for sleeping, and a sun room where you can relax and read all day long. 1/2mile away you have access to 100s of miles of trails for hiking and ATVs. Within a 45 minute drive you have Houghton Lake, smaller lakes, splash pads and casinos, something for the whole family.

With two comfortable bedrooms, full kitchen and a large welcoming den. It’s a perfect spot for work, golfing, birding or visiting Saginaw Bay. It's great place to stay if you book a fishing charter. Launch your boat, jet ski or snowmobile at the nearby launch site minutes up the road and dock your boat directly in front of the cottage where you can enjoy fishing for perch, bass, walleye and more in beautiful Saginaw Bay. Perfect for nature enthusiasts with walking paths and beaches close by. A short drive to Tawas offers unique shops, restaurants, lakefront parks, breweries and Tawas State Park.

Finished garage/game room, gazebo, fire pit and gas log fireplace. Close to 5 area wedding venues! Easy access off M-61 on a paved road. Currently we enjoy the natural flow of the Tittabawassee River but please note that there no good access point to get on/in the water. Restoration of the dam creating the lake is estimated to be complete in 2026.
