Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Mediteranea house Nemira is located in place called Nemira with big terrace in nature and amazing sea view of the adriatic sea. Left from the house you have way to get to the beach and you go down and for 1 min by walk you are next to the restaurant "Aga" fantastic restaurant situated just next to the beach. Other way on right side has 80 stairs to get the beach. Just perfect place for you to spend your holidays. Souranded with a nature just perfect place to relax and feel the adriatic sea.

Our little paradise is located on the seafront, has direct entrance to the beach and great view of the sea. We gave our hearts and minds to make 35m2 perfect for up to 4 travelers. Living room and kitchen are fully furnished with plenty of details and sunshine. On the balcony (10m2) you can enjoy little lounge in the shade of the 70 years old pine tree. Bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 is on the loft (has a great sea view). Bathroom features walk in shower. 1 park place is included.
