We put a lot of love into this place. We recently renovated with modern touches, a complete gourmet kitchen modern. It has everything you could need to cook your meals. Our new fireplace able to change fire colors it gives a warm and romantic feeling. Our decorations are also very modern and carefully selected. The bathroom is new very modern and spacious. We added a smart T.V. to each room. A complete back yard and barbecue or just relax. Also many benches all around the perimeter of outside.

Nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas just 38 miles from Yosemite Natl Park, and 5 min from moccasin boat launch lake Don Pedro. Secluded on 47 acres, the newly built (2017) home is close to nature yet offers all the modern comforts. Outside you can enjoy activities in the mountains and lakes, or just relax and stargaze from the hot tub. This cheerful and sunny home is located in a quiet and safe older neighborhood close to downtown and conveniently not too far from Hwy 99. This home is the perfect cozy place to rest and relax. Our little area of Modesto is unique in that we have a wonderful walking and biking trail only a block away. You can walk to our small neighborhood shopping area that has a grocery store with a Starbucks, a very popular frozen yogurt shop, restaurants, an independent bookstore and cute shops.

The Heart of the Valley: Smart Modern Farmhouse

The Heart of the Valley takes it's name after what the city of Turlock represents to the Central Valley, it's heart. I wanted to use this as inspiration to create a home the embodied this. I worked closely with local interior designer, Marísela Rodríguez, to come up with a home design where guest can enjoy the convenience of modern technology while still having that warm, welcoming feeling a farmhouse has to offer.
