The city of Ottertail is a highly desired Minnesota vacation spot. The home is a short 2 minute drive away. Ottertail has fun shops, delicious restaurants, and a couple of golf courses.

This beautiful property sites on over an acre with plenty of open space, green grass, and a fully shaded 12x40 porch that over looks the lake. This two bedroom, two bath includes a spacious loft area that includes two twin beds and a full size bed. Relax in the four season porch equipped with both a queen sized bed and a pull out couch.

This home comfortably sleeps 14 people, and has everything you'll need to make you feel right at home. Otter Tail Lake is one of the largest in Minnesota with a hard sand bottom. Enjoy swimming off the brand new dock in the crystal clear water, go paddle boarding, or simply enjoy the mesmerizing sunsets while sitting in the hottub! Truly a home away from home!

The Haven

The Haven is a perfect getaway for the whole crew! Located in the lakes area in-between Vergas and Frazee (about 10 minutes from Perham) this newly renovated gem has an open space downstairs and upstairs. Spacious bathroom, big gather room, open bedroom concept, and laundry room. Winter time favorites in the area include snowmobiling, skiing & snowboarding, ice skating, ice fishing, cross country skiing, and bingo nights at Billy's Bar in local town of Vergas.

The Lake Place - A-Frame on Lake Miltona w/ Sauna

The Lake Place is a brand new A-frame cabin built to share our favorite place with you! Make memories in the cozy living room with friends around the electric fireplace, climb the ladder to the 3rd story loft for the view or perfect kid’s hideout, or open the oversized patio doors to visit the lake, just steps from our back door! Unique year-round cabin! Perfect for a couples get-away or for a family of up to four. During the summer, enjoy a bonfire, kayaking, and outdoor games. During the winter, come back to a warm cabin and play board games by the fireplace after a full day of snowmobiling or other outdoor activities. Dry your winter gear in a separate warming house/game room featuring a pool table and dart board!
