Go for a swim in this clean lake, go fishing off the dock, or walk down to the scenic Lake Wobegon Trail for an amazing hike.

The home was built in 1912 as a hospital (Sunnyside Hospital) but has been converted into a comfortable and fun place to gather friends and family. Part of the yard is completely fenced in. Features a large deck with amazing river views to watch the local wildlife.
